HOW DOES YOUR WEBSITE DESIGN PROCESS WORKS?

 

We ask you for links of three websites design layout you will like yours to look like. They don’t have to be websites of your competitor or similar to your industry, they can be any website you came across on Google or other search engines.

You tell us as much you can about the customers/potential customers you’re trying reach. We will use the information you give us to come up with a layout for you decide in approximately two weeks.

You will then advise us on the necessary changes or tweak to the layout or colour scheme to be used in the design. We may suggest custom icons, or make you a background pattern based on your logo.

HOW LONG DOES A WEBSITE PROJECT TAKES?

Our projected has never gone beyond 4-6 weeks. That is off course if you the client provide feedback all the necessary materials need for the project in a timely manner.

HOW MUCH DOES A WEBSITE COST?

Our prices varies based on every clients’ needs, but our standard range from $6,000 to $12,000 plus for the design of your website. There are many factors that can affect the price of your website. Any project under the specified price range solely for Nonprofits, Churches and Charities.

A website is an investment. While we get paid once for our services you as a client continues to benefit  from it by acquiring new customers, disseminating information and keeping in touch with your clients etc. Our prices are a bit lower than other firms in the market and the reason for that is we want to stick to the small and medium businesses that needs our help.

WHY OUR WEBSITE COST IS SO CHEAP?

We use WordPress, which is a CMS (Content Management System). It saves us the time of having to write foundation HTML and CSS codes necessary for website development which in turn, saves you money. The greatest benefit of having a WordPress site is that you or your staff can manage the website content by yourselves if you wish to. It’s quite user-friendly and requires no knowledge of coding.

DO YOU PROVIDE HOSTING AND MAINTENANCE?

 

We charge XCD$220 per year for hosting and we use Site Ground as our hosting provider. That price includes one (1) .com domain name (it must be available for purchase and must not exceed XCD$40.00/yr). Also included are regularly scheduled backups of your site as well as WordPress Core updates, theme updates, and all plugin updates.

We charge between XCD$500 to 1000 per month for maintenance of your site. This includes WordPress Core updates, theme updates, and all plugin updates. Also included are regularly scheduled backups of your site, as well as any existing content changes you need throughout the year, such as text or photo updates, product price changes, etc. It DOES NOT include hosting or any domain purchase.

GETTING THE BEST OUT OF YOUR WEBSITE PROJECT!

 

We always strive to make every client happy, but sometimes you, the client, can be your own worst enemy when it comes to design decisions. There may be times when we will try to talk our clients out of using a certain font or even a feature, or just something they really want.

If this situation was to occur we promise we will give you specific reasons why, and while you might not agree I truly hope you will trust our professional opinion. Of course you know your business best and we depend on the information you give us, but a certain amount of trust in our expertise will be necessary to get the project with the best outcome.

DOES A REDESIGN COST ME CHEAPER?

This is a common misconception. Many clients think that since a website already exists the redesign job much easier or faster to do. While there are always exceptions for most website projects this is simply not true.

Here is some reasons why the job could cost more:

If your site isn’t already built in WordPress we will have to convert it to a WordPress site. Maybe you have something using Flash that we now need to configure in a different format.

If your site is already a WordPress site that means it surely has plugins installed. Many could be outdated, or worse — sitting there deactivated taking up space and slowing down your website, We will have to go through your entire database  you or your previous developer installed with a fine-tooth comb, figure out what’s really needed.

There can be many factors impeding your redesign project hence it might take more time and money.

DO YOU OFFER SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION?

All our websites come with SEO setup on all pages except for blog post. Good search engine optimization greatly depends on the quality of your content, you may want to consider have content that is properly narrated and a minimum of 300 words for each of your pages.

ARE YOUR WEBSITES PROTECTED?

We install a free version of Wordfence one of the most widely used WordPress security plugins available. Also for clients who wish for added security we charge XCD$100 per year for iThemes Security Pro.
